I joined the Guangming Laboratory in August 2023, where I lead a team of researchers and engineers focused on research in AI 2.0. Previously, I worked as a Senior Research Scientist at Tencent AI Lab and Tencent Data Platform, conducting both cutting-edge and business-oriented research. Technologies I developed have been successfully deployed in several Tencent products, including WeChat Search, QQ Space, Tencent Ad Copy Assistant, Ad Recommendation, and the Tencent Foundation Model.

Earlier in my career, I was a postdoctoral researcher working closely with Prof. Heng Huang. I received my Ph.D. from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
