I joined the Guangming Laboratory in August 2023, leading a team of researchers and engineers to conduct application oriented research on AI 2.0. Before that, I have worked as a senior research scientist at Tencent AI Lab and Tencent Data Platform, performing cutting-edge research and business-driven research, respectively. The techniques I developed have been applied to several Tencent products, such as WeChat Search, QQ Space, Tencent ad copy assistant, Tencent ad recommendation, Tencent foundation model, etc. I once was a postdoc working closely with Prof. Heng Huang. I received my Ph.D. from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, supervised by Prof. Fu-lai Chung.
